We'll start with a functional assessment. I'll learn about your goals, habits you would like to change, your motivations, and your timelines, before I create a personalized and targeted workout plan to get you to where you want to be. We'll work on form, lifting, injury management, nutrition, and more to make lasting changes.


Coaching

We'll meet to come up with a plan for your peri, current, or post menopausal symptoms. We'll discuss the latest information regarding HRT, bone health, mental health, physical symptoms, and nutrition as it relates to menopause.
